People: We come to receive His Word and to be clothed in His righteousness.
Liturgist: Let us enter with humility, with repentance, and with joy, for Christ Himself calls us to His feast.
ALL: With open hearts and willing spirits, we worship the Lord.

Opening Prayer
Holy and gracious God, You are the King who prepares a banquet of salvation and invites the world to come. Yet we confess that we have often been distracted, indifferent, or resistant to Your call. Still, your mercy persists, your invitation remains, and your love reaches out to us. Clothe us today in the garments of Christ — garments of grace, forgiveness, humility, and obedience. Remove from us anything that keeps us from entering your presence with joy and sincerity. As we worship, open our ears to your invitation, open our hearts to your correction, and open our lives to your transforming Spirit. Make us a people who not only hear your call but respond with faith, gratitude, and readiness. Prepare us for your kingdom feast, O Lord, and make us worthy through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
