Opening Prayer
Holy and gracious God, on this World Communion Sunday, we thank You for the miracle of Your Church — diverse, imperfect, scattered, yet bound together by Your Spirit. As we gather at Your table, remind us that the bread we break is shared by believers in every land, and the cup we bless is poured out for all people.
Break down the barriers we build. Heal the divisions we nurture. Expand our vision beyond our own congregation so we may see Your Kingdom stretching across the earth. Make us bold in compassion, generous in mercy, and joyful in fellowship.
